An hour before the Clean Guns session scheduled yesterday, I got a text from Noochman saying Nico was in a major car accident and was in critical condition.
I’m happy to report that my brother is alive and kicking. After a few hours at Cooper Hospital in Camden, we were lucky to find out that he was fully conscious and awake with a few dust-ups, so help cheer up my man by swinging past his MySpace or hitting him on Twitter.
I genuinely appreciate everyone who reached out to me and Big O yesterday–it was a scary afternoon to say the least. Nico’s family thanks you all as well. That hospital waiting room was packed like a sardine car inside a Volkswagen. There were two other passengers in the car as well who didn’t make it out quite as lucky. I do ask you to keep Nico’s friends in your thoughts and prayers.
Sad news. Stay up fellas.
